How do I return something?

Tea should make you happy. That's why we offer our Power to the Picky Guarantee. If you aren't 100% satisfied with our tea, hit up our Customer Care Team (support@twoleavestea.com) within 60 days of purchase and we'll make it right! 

When contacting us, please provide your order number. One of our helpful team members will be in touch with you within 3 business days to help organize your return. Accessories and tea ware must be unused and in original packing.

Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable unless we are responsible for a mis-shipped order.
