How do I return something?

Tea should make you happy. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us within 30 days of purchase date at  support@twoleavestea.com and provide:

  • your name
  • your order number
  • the reason you want to return the product

One of our team members will be in touch with you within a couple business days to help organize your return.

Accessories and teaware must be unused and in their original packing. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable unless we are responsible for a mis-shipped order.
