Why does the Two Roots Tumeric Ginger Latte taste different?

We did have to adjust the Two Roots Turmeric Ginger blend last winter 2022 due to an ingredient becoming no longer available - at all! Because this ingredient was no longer an option to use, we had to make a recipe adjustment. We feel the new blend is delicious and are happy with it, but it  is different.
